i've noticed that i'm really into white peaches and nectarines. they're not so in-your-face and they seem less tart than the more common yellow peaches. above, "polar light" peach variety and "yen yen" nectarine from the sunday farmer's market.

ReplyDeleteI too love white peaches and have been having them lately. I cannot walk past peaches and not buy them. they are so fragrant. I wish someone could bottle it up and sell it as one of those home infusing oil thing.
ReplyDeletemy dad's obsessed with these. I prefer the yellow ones! I think they have more flavour... oh stop, you're making me miss summer fruit! all we have here at the moment is mandarins, apples and ridiculously expensive bananas.
