i tried out this recipe from my new cookbook plenty by yotam ottolenghi. perfect end-of-summer fare.

  1. woah, this looks so so so amazing! almost like a tabbouleh but with couscous and different herbs.... and i love the addition of pistachios, i have been obsessed with the pistachio / orange blossom water / mint / beet combination lately. so amazing.

  2. Did you use arugula or substitute something else? Can be difficult to find that stuff out here.

  3. @popcornsnaps - i love the idea of adding beets or maybe even oranges... hmm, ideas brewing.

    @jocy - i did end up using arugula. i don't think you absolutely need it, but it does give the couscous a nice little kick.
