m found a stack of slides on the sidewalk. i've been having fun imagining how these men ended up on an adventure. i like to think they're childhood friends taking a trip of a lifetime...
I love this kind of findings, I like to think it's all interconnected a bit like "Dirk Gently holistic investigations" :) And I'm with Primoeza about the way you photographed them.
I always think that when you see interesting old shots like that. You find them a lot in house clearances and the like. Fascinating. I reckon you're right - childhood friends on a great adventure...
@lacasita, thanks! ps, your new necklaces are so cheery!
@allyann, i know, right? horses, mountains, and snow sound like the components of a great trip.
@leyla, i've been wondering the same... patagonia?
@ben, considering m found the slides on the sidewalk, our guess is that they were mistakenly left behind. we're not sure how to return them to their original owner, but i feel like it's be the right thing to do despite my wanting to keep them. maybe we go the old school route of putting up flyers on the telephone poles.
and i love the way you've photographed them.
ReplyDelete@primoeza, thanks! it's my version of a DIY light box :)
