mike and i at the de young

is it me or does the blog world seem quiet these days? wonder if it's due to summer shenanigans or if blogs are becoming a thing of the past...

  1. I hope it's not a thing of the past, I only just found it properly.

    1. i completely agree with you - it's so hard to be on the computer when everything outside seems so appealing right now. maybe this is a good thing :)

  3. I think it's because the last days of summer (in this part of the world), the beginning of the school season (for those with kids) and the preparatives for the new things (for those who work, design, craft and so on). I do hope is not a thing of the past! To be honest, I do not enjoy the other social stuff as much as blogging...

  4. an interesting thought. i can only speak for myself and say that i've been quite uninspired lately. summer is my least favorite season. summers in florida are quite ugly and humid/rainy for the most part, so not much time is being spent outside. i'm looking forward to fall/winter and cooler days ahead. love the first photo!

    1. i hear you on feeling uninspired - i feel like all i want to do is be outside which of course means that i'm not really working. oops. but here's to hoping that fall will bring us new inspiration. hope you're staying cool in hot hot hot florida, leyla!

  5. wow, the red background really makes a beautiful picture :)

i believe it's the hard time everyone's having readjusting to the city life after summer holidays.

blogging will get back to its pace in no time.

    best
